Franz Knoll is the Owner of Barossa Fine Foods, Angelakis Bros. and Standom Smallgoods with 50 years food industry and business experience. He and the family business have been awarded numerous awards for excellence, Telstra Business Awards 2016, Bickford’s Food Industry leaders Award 2012, finalist many times and over 1000 product awards. The company distributes products nationally. He is actively Chairing a number of business boards including National Smallgoods Council, MINTRAC and a board member of AMIC . Previously a City of Adelaide Councillor. He is well-placed to represent the food industry and increasingly involved with the circular economy.
