There is not enough time in the day to do everything, with a never ending ‘to do’ list, deadlines that come up too quickly, and things that you should do but don’t ever get to. You may be nervous about outsourcing, perhaps you’ve tried it in the past and it didn’t work out, maybe you are not sure what to outsource and/or what to expect.
Come along to this Get Stuff Done (GSD) session where you’ll identify tasks that could be outsourced, developing your understanding on what you need to do to outsource work successfully. Whether those tasks involve action research and databases, blogging and social media, graphic design and logos, transcription and writing, reports and video editing, or something else. Whatever you need to do, bring along your laptop or device and let’s how you can free up your time or your teams, to work on the things that really matter.
